In our course, we cover Black Holes only as the final product of a collapsed super-massive star but if you want to know more about these fascinating objects then I highly recommend the ten-minute video by Perimeter Institute.

The same collection of videos also has a great six-minute summary about our galaxy (the Milky Way). The direct link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXzQficJuiA&list=PL1608DAAD37A04B35&index=8
You may also want to view other videos in the series, including a nice two-minute video demonstrating Rutherford Scattering, which was the first evidence of a tiny, positively-charged nucleus inside the atom. This is key knowledge that you need for the Radioactivity topic. There are two videos to choose from but the nicest one – and one that you may be able to try at home – uses some marbles and a wine glass.
